I searched for information today. I sent an email to:

Canada Border Crossing Services Winnipeg, Manitoba, CanadaPhone - (204) 488-6350Fax - (204) 975-0394E-mail us at: info@bordercrossing.ca asking how my grandfather Nathan could have gone from Winnipeg in 1893 to Idaho and married by Nov 20, 1905, and I also sent out two snail letters to The Border Port of Porthill and the Border Port ofEastport, both in Idaho. I don't know if they have archives to search for information for us genealogists or not. I hope so. That's my brick wall; when and how did Nathan cross over from the Parisian ship going to Winnipeg in 1893 and get to Council, Idaho to marry on Nov 20, 1905. That's 12 years that are unaccounted for.
